Terms & Conditions
- The offer of ‘save 10% now, save 5% later’ cover (“the promotion”) is available only to new clients who start a new individual Elite health policy with William Russell Ltd and PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk. (“us”, “we”, “our”) and make their first payment between the dates of 01/07/2019 and 31/12/2019.
- For the purposes of the promotion, a ‘new client’ is defined as an individual who has not been insured by a health insurance policy offered by us in the 12 months prior to the inception of the new policy.
- The promotion is only available for clients purchasing health policies insured by William Russell Ltd and PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk.
- New clients will receive a 10% discount off our standard 2019 Elite health premium for the first year of their plan and at renewal, will receive a 5% discount off our standard 2020 Elite health premium. Where the client pays by monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly instalments, the discount will be applied per individual payment.
- The promotion applies to the first two years of the new client’s policy only. Subsequent years (e.g. years 3, 4 and so forth) will not benefit from this promotion and premiums for these years will be charged at our standard Elite health rates.
- This promotion does not apply to child only plans.
- The promotion is not available to employees or contractors of William Russell Insurance (Indonesia) Co., Ltd., appointed representatives, introducers or brokers affiliated to these companies, or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the promotion.
- The promotion is subject to the terms & conditions included within the 2019 Elite Health Plan Agreements in our document library.
- The promotion may be changed, cancelled or withdrawn at any time without notice.
- This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion.
